Occassional Quotes ~ birthday

Here's a simple design using my new Stampin' Up hostess set (in the new July catalogue).



I stamped the "happy birthday" on vanilla and punched out to give a tone on tone effect which keeps it looking simple. I added one brad and did a row of fun piercing.



I used a few different patterned paper designs and kept the colors good for a guy card. I used die cut stars and part of the Top Note with my Big Shot. I also crimped a strip of brown for some added interest and texture.
