Queen myself - REDOs

Today what I decided to do for the Queen for the Day Challenge is that everyone gets to be Queen!
So you get to go through your cards from the last year and CASE yourself!
I've been having a very crafty time here as you can see.  I made 5 redos.

This first card uses a heart mask and sponging with piercing.  Colors - Marina Mist, white.

For this card I colored the flowers with two different colors, added some piercing and twine.
Colors - Island Indigo, Black, White, Not Quite Navy, new SAB patterned paper.

I used my square punch to punch out some fun colored patterned papers, glued it onto the card, then embossed!  I used the apothecary accents shape with the sentiment from "You're Amazing"
Colors - Old Olive, Pacific Point, Pumpkin Pie, white

I embossed with stripes (on an angle) and distressed with edges of the kraft background.
The cone is simply a triangle (embossed with lattice) and the cupcake punch.  I also used an embossed frame.
Colors - Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Cherry Cobbler, Midnight Muse, Choc Chip

Cut out the flower from Bloomin with Kindness and used some apothecary accents frames (pierced the dark purple one).
Colors - Crumb Cake, Wisteria Wonder, Elegant Eggplant.

Here are some small closeups.

My card for two blog challenges.

Fabulous Friday - layout

Dynamic Duos - colors - tangerine tango & old olive.

I layered some circles offset and added the ribbons with staples.  A fun birthday card for boy or girl (or adult too).

3 Punched Cards

This card uses the bird punch, paper daisies and boho blossoms punch, little leaves die, edgelits and the cupcake punch to sponge the clouds.  This is the card we'll be making at my group meeting this afternoon.
The layout comes from Stamping 411.

For this card I wanted to show the cupcake punch used in a different way.  I made a layered ice cream cone - yummy!
This card uses the layout from Freshly Made Sketches.

This card shows one of my favorite ways to use the bird punch!  To make a candle!
It also uses the modern label punch.

Hot Air Balloon -punch art

I made this card for two challenges...

The Splitcoast Color Challenge was to use the retiring In Colors (Blushing Bride, Poppy Parade, Peach Parfait, Pear Pizazz, Concord Crush).  I chose to use all 5.  I cut diagonal strips for the background piece and embossed with dots.

The balloon is made using a circle which I embossed with scallops and the basket is the cupcake punch.  I used twine and popped up the circle with dimensionals.

I added some clouds in the background and a bit of dotted scallop border under the sentiment.  The sentiment is from "Sweet Cake".

The layout is from Stamping 411.

New Queen... QFTD104

Here are my two cards for this week's Queen (mepylant).
Come join us at the Queen for the Day Challenge on Splitcoast.

For this one I used the cupcake punch, twine and a button. I embossed with dots and added the dotted scallop ribbon border punch.

I had a request from a friend for a birthday card for an older gentleman (someone who is not into any sports). I decided to try using this Chickadee. I colored a bit of it with white gel pen.

Celebrate Color Cupcake

I made this card for today's color challenge on Splitcoast. Blushing Bride, Pear Pizazz and Marina Mist.

I used the cupcake punch, boho blossoms punch, tasteful trim die, crimping, embossing and scoring.

I embellished with clear rhinestones and ribbon! The sentiment is from a retired Stampin' Up! set - Something to Celebrate! The cupcake is popped up on the white square with dimensionals.

February Card Class - set 2

Here's the second set of cards for the Saturday card class. I want how versatile punches are as well as use the new Sale-A-Bration ribbon and buttons!

I used the bird punch and the cupcake punch and a circle punch to make this tulip in the clouds.

This is just a really cute and simple card to show off that cupcake! The sentiment is from Word Play
